Welcome to My Madness Volume I: The comic and pop art of L Jamal Walton

November 11 – 22, 2014

For 20 years L Jamal Walton has been writing, drawing, and self-publishing his comics in Durham, NC. Jamal has taken influences that include Jack Kirby, Scott McCloud, Todd McFarlane, Trent Kaniuga, and Tim Truman and melded them into a graphic story telling language that spans the gamut of genres from the cyberpunk dystopia of Ungoodwise to the animated antics of Captain Evil & Diabla.
