The arts pride themselves as a safe, inclusive space for audiences and artists, and yet rarely do we sit down together to have dialogue about our differences, hidden biases, and blind spots. This year’s summit will gather a diverse group of artists, arts administrators, and board members to collectively look ourselves in the mirror, identify areas for improvement, arrive at meaningful community goals and standards, and support each other in our efforts.
