We Take Requests: A 24 Hour Art Slam

Local artists Saleem Reshamwala and Gabe Gets will wander the streets of Durham taking requests for a themed art show. And then over the next 24 hours they’ll create a temporary exhibit based on people’s requests that will open at 7pm on Friday, likely with several other collaborators in different media (music, for sure, likely film as well). Everything you see and hear will have been conceived/executed over the past 24 hours.

Sunday, March 30, 2 pm

An open conversation about art auctions and their impact on our local arts economy.
